Emma Evangeline is an artist and best-selling illustrator based on the Coromandel Peninsula.
Her works are deeply inspired by the forests, coastlines and native birdlife of Aotearoa. She strives to capture the pristine energy and intricate beauty of the land through her detailed acrylic paintings.

This artwork was inspired by a story I read about a woman who was in search of some magic mushrooms and noticed a fantail darting around which she decided to follow...  it lead her straight to the mushrooms!
