How long until my order arrives?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! While we don’t currently have live international shipping rates built into checkout, here’s how it works:

  • For customers in Australia, USA, and Canada, you’ll be able to complete your order online. At checkout, shipping will appear as:
    “FREE – International shipping is calculated after checkout. We’ll send you a quote before dispatch.
  • Once your order is placed, we’ll calculate the most accurate shipping rate based on weight, size, and destination, and email you a quote before your order is dispatched.

If you’d prefer a quote before placing your order, no problem! Or if you're based anywhere else in the world, just email us at hello@tikitibu.com with what you’d like to order and your delivery address, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what may apply.

Why did my shipping say 'FREE' at checkout?
For our international customers, the “free” shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only. Final shipping costs will be emailed to you after your order is received and packed. Your order won’t be dispatched until you’ve approved the shipping quote.

The physical appearance of the products is different from what we have on the website e.g size, colour.
Our products come from a wide range of incredible creatives, each with unique styles, sizes and finishes. While we do our best to show products accurately:

  • Be sure to check the dimensions in the product description for sizing.
  • Lifestyle imagery helps provide scale, so take a scroll through those too!
  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.

I received a faulty product or damaged product. What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@tikitibu.com within 5 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue and your order number.
All returns must be in original packaging/bags where applicable.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email, what now?
Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder. If there’s still nothing, reach out to us at hello@tikitibu.com with your name and any order details you have, and we’ll sort it out!

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email us ASAP at hello@tikitibu.com with your order number and request.
